Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship across India — to all states and union territories.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across India. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹50 will be added at checkout. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
Packaging
All diecast models are carefully packed with bubble wrap and reinforced corrugated boxes to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We treat every order like a collector's item — because it is.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order directly on our website at www.plus91shop.in.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund after investigation with the courier partner.

- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
